BAR ROOM
HIRE
Due to the clubrooms
being rebuilt we are not taking any bookings for
facilities hire until further
notice.
Cost of bar
room hire includes
- Use of bar room,
balcony and self catering
kitchen
- Supply of two bar
staff
- Cleaning of bar
room
- Hours of 7:00pm to
1:00am
- Use of sound
system
Cost is
$450
Conditions
- Do not accept parties
for 18th to 21st, buck shows and graduation
parties.
- If kitchen use is
required the kitchen is to be left in the same
condition as it was
found
- Any use of the deep
fryer will incur a $50
surcharge
- Any use of the data
projector will incur a $50 surcharge
- All drinks are to be
purchased from the club
bar.
- If special bottles of
wine is brought up a $10 corkage fee per bottle will
apply
- Confetti , glitter
and other similar materials are not to be used in the
premises.
- Music is to be kept
to an acceptable level
- A special liquor
license will be needed at a cost of
$38
- All patrons are to
leave the premises quietly and not loiter out the front
of the club.
- A refundable bond of
$300 will be required before the
event
- All rubbish is to be
put in bins provided at the end of the
function.
- No smoking inside the
club rooms
- A $100 deposit is
required at the time of booking. If a person decides to
cancel the booking fee is only refundable if
cancellation is received two months prior the
event.
- The hirer is
financially responsible for any damage to the clubrooms
or its
chattels.
- The management will
do a risk analysis of each event and decide whether the
hirer will require professional security at hirers’
cost..
- Nothing is to be
screwed, nailed or adhered to in any way, to any door,
wall, ceiling or furniture of the club room.
- All function accounts
are to be settled 7 days prior the function. Dry till
costs are to be settled at the end of the function by
cash or credit
card.
- The management or its
representative reserve the right to close down a
function if these conditions are not met or bad
behaviour
Conference room hire fee
from Monday to Friday during 8:00 am to 5:00pm is $350. This
includes the use of the data projector and kitchen
facilities.
